LISTING TYPES:

General Listings:	All new listings are posted on the date of receipt and are available to current UCLA students, faculty, staff, alumni, and extension students.
Faculty Listings:	Listings are entered on to the Faculty Database upon receipt, and are available to faculty members immediately. Faculty Listings are only available to current and/or incoming faculty, academic professional departments and professional schools.

LISTING RATES:

Room in a Private Home (private bedroom attached to the house)		$15 per listing
Vacant Listing (efficiency, studio, apartment, house, guesthouse, rooming house)		$25 per listing
Management Account (up to 10 listings per month for a 12 month period)		$400 annual fee

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS:

Management Accounts were designed for landlords/owners who have several units or buildings. A one time fee of $400 covers a 12-month period, and allows up to 10 different listings to be posted each month. A $3,000 value! To find out more about Management Accounts, contact our office.

Your listing will be posted for up to 30 days and the fee is non-refundable. You may cancel or make changes to your listing by phone or fax. As a courtesy to our renters, please notify our office when your listing has been rented. We must have all listings and renewals in writing. Please download the Room in Private Home Form or Vacant Form or request one from our office by phone, fax or mail. Fill in all information completely and return it with payment to our office by mail or fax. Sorry, we cannot accept any listings that do not include payment.
